It’s like a competition with yourself & food. You try & get as little calories in a day as you possibly can.
Your goal is less than it was yesterday. Maybe fifty calories less, maybe a hundred calories less.
You do nothing so you don’t make yourself hungry. You sleep so you don’t hear your stomach growl.
&If you accomplished your goal, your prize is weighing the same or less than you did the day before. &Feeling proud.
-I haven’t ate yet today, I’ll try & go as long as I can.. All I’ve drank is diet soda.
